Homebuilding Warranty Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled New Home Warranty Representative to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our homes by inspecting construction at various stages of the build process.
The successful candidate will have experience in homebuilding industry required, specifically in warranty or construction, with excellent communication, organization, and computer skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect construction at various stages of the build process
- Schedule customer service work with homeowners, field personnel, and trades
- Ensure timely completion of all customer service requests
- Control warranty costs
- Process payroll
- Negotiate bids with trades
- Meet with trades, vendors, and homeowner to determine warranty coverage
