Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled New Home Construction Specialist to join our team at Grand Homes. As a leading semi-custom homebuilder in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction schedules, recruiting and managing sub-contractors, and ensuring timely, accurate, and quality completion of work. If you have residential home building experience and excellent project management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Residential home building experience required
  • Ability to effectively manage sub-contractors
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Construction Management degree preferred
