Job Title: Electrical Line Worker

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Line Worker to join our team at Franklin PUD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of our electrical distribution and transmission systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and install overhead and underground distribution lines
  • Perform work on energized and de-energized lines, daily
  • Operate heavy and light equipment, including digger derricks, aerial lift devices, and backhoes
  • Participate in the instruction and development of Lineman Trainees and Apprentice Linemen
  • Actively and positively participate in department meetings, safety meetings, and tailboards
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of an apprentice program, including classroom and work hours
  • Attainment of electrical line workers journey level status
  • Two years of journey level work experience preferred
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License and Class A CDL
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification and willingness to perform
  • Valid Flagger's card
