About the Role

As a Senior Claims Consultant, Liability, you will be responsible for evaluating liability claims and identifying solutions to achieve optimized claim and program performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate complex liability claims and develop strategies to resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with TPAs, carriers, and clients to achieve claim resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in claim management strategies, including alternative dispute resolution and structured settlements.
  • Lead projects and mentor less senior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in claims, insurance, and risk management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent insurance/claims experience.
  • 7+ years of significant industry experience in claims, including complex and litigated liability claims.
  • Familiarity with jurisdictional laws and knowledge of processes necessary to resolve open claims.
  • Expertise in claim management strategies, including alternative dispute resolution and structured settlements.
