We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet policyholders and assist with various tasks, including taking payments, collecting signatures, and answering policy questions.
  • Help prospects and policyholders with phone inquiries, providing quotes, and assisting with applications and claims.
  • Assist Account Managers with sales and service activities, such as onboarding new policyholders and collecting documents.
  • Handle office financial tasks, including depositing funds and handling mail.
  • Notarize insurance documents as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle various administrative tasks.
