- Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime when needed, sometimes with short notice.
- Commitment to excellent attendance, teamwork, and adherence to our company's policies and procedures.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role also requires extended computer use, manual dexterity, sustained concentration, and essential speaking, hearing, and vision capabilities.
