Reliability Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ocean Spray Cranberries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in maintenance and reliability practices to support our manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with maintenance and engineering partners to conceptualize and implement reliability practices throughout our enterprise.
- Work with functional business and operations partners to scope, design, budget, and install infrastructure and equipment to support manufacturing.
- Identify and implement process improvements for existing lines.
- Organize, plan, develop, coordinate, and direct maintenance and reliability practice improvements in support of our organization's roadmap to reliability.
- Effectively manage technical timelines and multiple deliverables with competing deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (engineering degree preferred).
- 5+ years of related experience in maintenance/reliability management with demonstrated track record of increasing levels of scope and responsibility.
- 5+ years of related experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and repair analysis.
