Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Performance Management: Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve issues encountered by the team, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize customer impact.
  • Team Management: Optimize the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
  • Critical Issue Escalation: Escalate critical or complex issues that may impact the business to senior management for prompt attention and resolution.
  • Quality Issue Management: Identify and address quality issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to key customer complaints and conduct customer satisfaction investigations to identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Service Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in service management.
  • Team Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience managing a team of technicians.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
