Position Overview:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at KYYBA, you will be instrumental in cultivating a cooperative and inventive work atmosphere, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Development: Lead and mentor a group of software developers, offering guidance and support to enhance their professional growth. Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster a high-performance culture.

Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software initiatives, ensuring alignment with established scope, budget, and timelines. Identify project risks and potential challenges, implementing proactive strategies to address them.

Technical Leadership: Offer technical direction and support to the team, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices within the Go programming environment. Engage in code assessments and provide insightful feedback to maintain code quality and sustainability.

Process Optimization: Recognize opportunities for enhancement within the software development lifecycle and implement strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the formulation and execution of software development methodologies and best practices, specifically designed for Go and GCP.

Effective Communication & Collaboration: Clearly convey project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, including management, clients, and team members. Promote knowledge sharing and teamwork within the engineering team, particularly regarding Go and GCP expertise.

Required Skills:

Proficient technical skills in the Go programming language and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with specific GCP services such as Kubernetes, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL. Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, particularly in the context of Go and GCP.

Experience Requirements:

Over 7 years of experience in software development, with a solid grasp of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Education:

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
