About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Substance Use Recovery Specialist to join our team at Hire Velocity. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapy sessions, utilizing our evidence-based curriculum to foster community and build recovery skills.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional care team, including prescribers, care navigators, and peer recovery coaches, to provide holistic clinical care.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of our office and region, while developing your clinical skills.
  • Document members' progress, using outcome measures and client feedback to inform treatment decisions.
  • Engage in community relations activities, promoting our organization and its mission through outreach and education.
Requirements
  • An active behavioral health license, including CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, or LCAC-A.
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • Compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to quality care.
