Join Our Team as a Hybrid Substance Use Counselor

At Groups: Recover Together, we're dedicated to delivering comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Our care model is built on the principle that recovery is tied to aspects of life beyond the reach of an office visit. As a Hybrid Substance Use Counselor, you'll play a vital role in our team-based approach to care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapy sessions, building recovery skills and fostering community among our members.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional care team, including prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of our office and region, while developing your clinical skill set.
  • Document members' progress, using outcome measures and client feedback to inform your practice.
  • Engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through outreach and education.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • An active IN behavioral health license or certification, including CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A, and associate level status.
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps.
