As a Commercial Tire Service Technician at Les Schwab Tire Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels meet the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
  • Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
  • Attaching and rebalancing wheels
  • Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
  • Washing tires and wheels
  • Testing and installing batteries
  • Using and maintaining equipment
  • Assisting other employees
  • Test driving vehicles
  • Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and utilize the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the-job training. To be successful in this role, you will need:Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
  • Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

Les Schwab offers a competitive salary of $23.75 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including quarterly bonuses, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a company-funded retirement plan, paid time off, short- and long-term disability, employee discount, and tuition assistance. Benefits are subject to change at any time and governed by plan documents and Company policy. Higher minimum wage applies in applicable locations.
