Job Summary

The Lead Case Manager will oversee the Safe Park/Posada Program, ensuring the effective delivery of case management services to guests. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for program participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee case managers and ensure the smooth operation of Safe Park sites
  • Assess and address guest needs, determining eligibility for emergency assistance services
  • Provide case management services, including goal setting and progress monitoring
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for guests and case managers
  • Maintain accurate and complete case notes, adhering to Amigos de Guadalupe's record-keeping practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the nonprofit sector
  • Previous experience with case management and community outreach
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and writing skills
