Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory/Clinical Lab Scientist to join our team at Diverse Lynx. As a CLS Generalist, you will be responsible for analyzing tests in various sections, including Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Molecular.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality results and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise in QC, CLIA, and JCC will be essential in maintaining our laboratory's reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze patient samples using various testing equipment, including Siemens EXL, Sysmex XN, Stago Compact, Iris, Echo lumena, and Cepheid.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Requirements
  • CA CLS Licensure is mandatory for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CLS Generalist is required.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 2230 to 0700 hours. On-call/weekend rotations may be required every other weekend, depending on the need.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
