Position: Customer Experience Associate I
Location: Newark, NJ
Compensation: $16.50/hr. & $17.50/hr. for Bilingual Candidates
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:15 AM - 7:15 PM
- Saturday: 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM
- Weekdays and Sundays Off

Qualifications:

Role Overview:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients' customers. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, providing detailed product information, and assisting customers with a focus on empathy and problem resolution. A willingness to listen, learn, and address customer concerns is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address all customer inquiries related to tolling and administration by utilizing training and available resources.
- Assess customer needs to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
- Execute necessary transactions using mainframe or web-based systems.
- Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
- Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards to ensure information is shared only with authorized personnel.
- Support other roles during peak workloads or absences.

Compensation Transparency:
Compensation for this position may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business needs.
