Job Title: Student Worker Medical

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible student worker to assist at the front desk receptionist/patient care coordinator position and assist the operating room staff.

Job Duties:
  • Provides excellent customer service, including telephone and personal contact with patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, colleagues, and staff at outside offices.
  • Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining schedules.
  • Collecting insurance information for patient appointments.
  • Assisting patients with their needs and providing support to the operating room staff.
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude, customer service focus, and team player.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while still paying attention to details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter: desire to learn required skills and take initiative in your training.
  • Strong work ethic: report to work on time, committed to delivering the best medical and customer service experience, willing to go the extra mile for both co-workers and patients.
