Job Title: School Psychologist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Ashland, VA. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field, state licensure or certification, and experience working in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement psychological assessments and interventions to support student learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and special education.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
