Multifunctional Sales Associate Job Description

MANGO is a multinational fashion company that designs, manufactures, and markets clothing and accessories. We are a dynamic and multicultural team that inspires and unites through our passion for style and culture.

We are currently recruiting Multifunctional Sales Associates to join our team at the Town Center in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Multifunctional Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring the best sales results, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel at home and have a positive experience in the store.
  • Process register transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Participate in stockroom operations, including delivery, replenishment, transfers, and maintenance of stockroom standards.
  • Share knowledge with new starters, providing basic training and collaborating on their onboarding.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Independent work ethic, time management skills, and self-motivation.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, passionate, and upbeat attitude.
  • Fosters genuine connections through compassion, empathy, integrity, and building trusting relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and work at a fast pace.
  • Computer skills to operate a point of sale system are a plus.

The pay rate for this position is expected to be $16/hourly, but may vary depending on individual factors. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay rate at any time.
