Office Operations Specialist

**Job Description:** We are looking for an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Grand Concierge LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office employees and maintaining a smooth operation of the office.
The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining a calendar and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct personnel
- Preparing and distributing correspondence and reports
- Maintaining an organized filing system and processing orders
- Previous experience in a similar role or as an Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
