Job Description

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior HF Radar Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our OTHR program, you will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and implementation of a High Frequency (HF) OTH radar system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the OTH Radar (OTHR) Program design, modeling, and simulation of an OTHR integrated system.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for complex radar systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Conduct engineering trade studies, tests, and demonstrations to verify component, subsystem, and system capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in radar systems work, with a focus on OTH Radar systems design, integration, and implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • US Citizen with Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • TS / SCI Security Clearance.
