Job Title: Senior HF Radar Engineer

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior HF Radar Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our OTH Radar Program, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and implementing high-frequency radar systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the OTH Radar Program design, modeling, simulation, development, integration, and testing of an OTHR integrated system.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OTHR fundamentals, including HF propagation and analysis.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the assigned engineering team, ensuring the successful completion of complex projects.
  • Conduct engineering trade studies, tests, and demonstrations to verify component, subsystem, and system capabilities.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test procedures, and test reports for performance, interoperability, and functional tests and demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related field, with 15+ years of radar systems work experience.
  • Experience in radar systems and technologies, signal processing techniques, and radar systems test and evaluation.
  • Previous experience with OTH Radar systems design, integration, and implementation.
  • US Citizen with Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
