Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Coordinator for Respiratory Therapy will:

  • Oversee and maintain the quality of respiratory care services.
  • Coordinate daily operations and manage personnel effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
  • Implement and uphold the organization's vision, mission, and core values.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in service excellence.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.


Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy, management, or a related health care field.
  • A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience.
  • Experience in both perinatal and adult critical care settings.
  • At least two years of demonstrated leadership experience.
