Responsibilities and Requirements

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading Shop Floor Quality Improvement activities, including conducting floor audits and training machinists on inspection techniques.
  • Co-Chairing Material Review Board (MRB) investigation/disposition process, including Root Cause/Corrective Action activities.
  • Facilitating Corrective & Preventive Action (CPA) activities, including monitoring/tracking open CPA activities assigned to others.

A competitive salary range of $53,000 - $89,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off, makes this a compelling opportunity.
