Job Overview

Ascentec Engineering, LLC is a leading engineering company that specializes in manufacturing complex components. We are currently seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team in Dallas, Oregon.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in production management and be able to lead our manufacturing operations with efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily functions of the Machining, MRB Engineering, Finishing, and Assembly departments
  2. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production
  3. Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes
  4. Manage operational costs and evaluate capacity
  5. Lead training and development programs for operational support staff

Requirements:

  • Five+ years of experience in production management
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and CNC machine tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
