Clinical Program Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Program Lead to join our team in Dallas, OR. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and valid state professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time opportunity with occasional overnight travel required.
The Clinical Program Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading the therapy department and ensuring high-quality care for residents
- Developing and implementing clinical programs and addressing community-specific needs related to marketing
- Representing HealthPRO-Heritage in a professional, courteous, and competent manner as the point of contact for all community customer concerns or issues and problem resolution
- Participating in patient care meetings, quality improvement programs, and community events
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work independently with periodic support and direction, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
