About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our luxury hotel, Fairfield Inn And Suites, to new heights of success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including revenue management, sales, marketing, and food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all services and activities.
  • Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, including room sales, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary revenue streams.
  • Sales and Marketing: Lead the sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue growth, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key accounts, and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Food and Beverage: Oversee the food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
