Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the box machine to produce high-quality boxes, following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor machine performance, identifying and resolving minor issues to minimize downtime.
  • Track and record production metrics, including scrap, blanks used, and boxes produced.
  • Collaborate with the shift supervisor to address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to SQF regulations and company standards.
  • Assist with baler operation and hand assembly of boxes as needed.
  • Meet daily production targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Licenses for pallet jack operation are required.
  • Basic mechanical ability and proficiency in English are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of job responsibilities.
  • High-performance team player with a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a standing position for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes a refrigerated warehouse with a temperature range of 70°F to 55°F and background noise levels of approximately 70 decibels.
