Job Description

4M Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter production data into Excel, Access, and Alere manufacturing software.
  • Maintain machine scheduler software to ensure it is up-to-date.
  • File electronic documents and create shipping documents.
  • Organize and label manufacturing documents.
  • Verify information and documents for production closure.
  • Maintain work order folders and file organization.
  • Create and maintain job/tooling box locations using Access and in-person verification.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collect and review hard copy forms.
  • Review IP sheets and ensure checks are within tolerance.
  • Closing out jobs on the machine scheduler.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with Alere Manufacturing software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
