Job Overview

Staff Source is seeking a skilled Electrical Machine Specialist to join their team in Livonia, MI. This company offers robotic automation solutions, including manufacturing, assembly inspections, and complete systems integrations.

This is a Temp to hire Day shift position, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work required after hire-in. The rate of pay is a range from $22.00 to $35.00/hourly, dependent upon level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and wire industrial control panels based on blueprints, schematics, and wire schedules.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and have a solid understanding of wiring, including stripping, crimping, wire routing, etc.
  • Label and wire electrical subpanels and enclosures according to blueprints.
  • Mount and interconnect components to equipment per blueprint.
  • Have experience with panel fabrication, component layout, electrical assemblies, controls, and wiring.
  • Troubleshoot and re-wire complex projects as needed.
  • Experience with Pneumatics is strongly preferred.
  • Lift up to 75 lbs and stand for most of the day.
  • Be computer proficient and have experience with basic hand tools.
  • Have 2-4 years of experience in the mentioned work.
