Production Associate

Quality Harvest Foods is seeking a highly motivated Production Associate to join our packaging team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for accurately counting and placing products into pre-made boxes while ensuring quality standards are met.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm with a competitive hourly rate of $16.50/hour.
Key Responsibilities- Package Products: Accurately count and place ready products into pre-made boxes, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure Line Efficiency: Help maintain order and efficiency by straightening products on the production line.
- Prepare for Shipment: Assemble and prepare boxes for shipping, guaranteeing our products reach customers in perfect condition.
- Support the Team: Assist in other production areas as needed to meet company goals.
- Fast-Paced Work Environment: Ability to work around high-speed conveyors.
- Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
- Warehouse Experience: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Safety Focus: The ability to read, write, and understand English is essential for ensuring safety and quality.
