Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spine Product Manager to join our team at Jobot. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.

Our company is a global leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. We have pioneered the field of arthroscopy and developed over 7,500 innovative products and surgical procedures to advance minimally invasive orthopedics worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Buidling strong relationships through daily appointments focused on product education and guidance on instrumentation and surgical techniques.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales objectives for the spine product line within the assigned territory.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio, business objectives, pricing strategies, and sales methodologies.
  • Conducting training sessions for physicians on products, utilizing labs, courses, and other educational programs.
  • Coaching and training sales representatives and associates, providing technical insights and support.
  • Managing field inventory and sales samples as assigned.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, including sales figures, quotas, and planning worksheets, across annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly intervals.
  • Participating in sales meetings and relevant professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful product sales experience in the spine or orthopedic implant industry, or within a surgical team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to the OR area is a MUST to work with leadership and distributors.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
