The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the success and growth of our enterprise clients, driving adoption, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned Enterprise clients
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive success
  • Monitor and report on customer health metrics and KPIs
  • Manage renewals and expansion processes
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing Enterprise accounts
  • Ideally, a strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance landscapes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRMs and other software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $85,000-$105,000 base per year (negotiable based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus +20k (negotiable based on experience)
