About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Customer Data Enablement Platform. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and transformation in our Go-To-Market Technology Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy and roadmap for our Customer Data Enablement platform, working closely with product, marketing, and engineering managers to support key growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Customer Data Enablement Platform aligned with Intuit's overall business objectives.
  • Drive the vision for how customer data can be utilized to enhance user experience, personalization, and business insights.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and other stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize features, user stories, and technical requirements to deliver a world-class Customer Data Enablement Platform.
  • Define E2E view of data onboarding, data quality, data observability and data discovery, how it enables cross functional use cases, and use this to inform roadmaps and planning, leveraging GenAI first approach.
Requirements
  • 7+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management or business process, technology platform, consulting, or architecture role.
  • Deep domain experience driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing, sales, and service capabilities to enable business acceleration.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate without authority.
  • A strong understanding of data patterns, schema, and architecture and the ability to translate technical design into non-technical speak.
  • Experience driving strategy for GTM ecosystem with customer data and data activation for multiple brands.
  • Experiencing launching data platforms leveraging GenAI architecture.
  • Experience creating and driving adoption of efficient and scalable product planning and development processes consistent with agile best practice.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $167,500 - $226,500 and a comprehensive benefits package, including EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability. Intuit will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with requirements of local law.
