Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at Haus, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Developing and implementing customized experimentation roadmaps to help customers maximize value from the Haus platform.
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices for leveraging the platform to drive business growth and ROI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to drive adoption and ensure renewals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or marketing science, with a strong understanding of paid media buying and analytics.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for operational excellence and process improvement, with a focus on scaling customer success at Haus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to customers and executives.
