Staff Product Manager, AI Innovator

Intuit's Expert Network is the driving force behind Intuit's AI-powered human-enabled services and product support for consumers and small businesses, which enables service revenue as part of our vision to become the Expert Network of Choice for all professionals.
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Staff Product Manager responsible for revolutionizing and delivering our vision of an AI-led "done-for-me world" for our Experts across the entire E2E experience, including onboarding, training, workflows, and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI and other breakthrough technology and experiences at scale in close partnership with data scientists, designers, engineers, program managers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and experiences
- Lead the development of AI-powered features and capabilities to enhance the Expert Network
- Work closely with data scientists to analyze data and inform product decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to integrating AI/Gen AI models into our network operations
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, including experience implementing AI solutions
- Demonstrated ability to use a structured, data-backed approach to prioritize and make decisions
- Reputation for being passionate about inspiring cross-functional teams to ship new innovations that also lead to driving big results
- Demonstrable technical depth and curiosity in SaaS software development
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Undergraduate degree required; computer science preferable; MBA is a plus
