We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Forest Park Health Campus. As a dedicated caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to patient assessment and care planning in collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards
Requirements:
  • BLS certification within 1 month of hire
  • Current LPN license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
