Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and filing documents, including permits and licenses.
  • Managing phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining and organizing legal files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assisting with business research and providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and processing invoices.
  • Preparing correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
  • Communicating with clients and other professionals to schedule meetings and share information.
  • Managing business-related information and documents.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business terminology and court procedures, with experience supporting teams in a similar role.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
