Job Summary

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Kalamazoo branch and drive its continued growth and success. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing your employees. You will work closely with your team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees
  • Meet with branch employees on a weekly basis to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
  • Train and guide employees to excellence, from veterans to new hires
  • Direct administrative assistants to provide customers with the highest level of service and education
  • Use data to strategize and make efficient use of employee time
  • Audit employee work and meet with customers to discuss concerns
  • Perform services for customers and assess branch needs to make the best choice for employees and customers
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
