We are seeking a skilled Design Ecosystem Builder to join our team at Flipspaces Design Labs Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing a community of real estate agents, builders, contractors, designers, and architects, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution and client relationship management.

  • Identifying new business opportunities for our Design and Build services Institutional Products">
  • Building, engaging, and managing a community of real estate agents, builders, contractors, designers, and architects, and other possible associates who are possible stakeholders in space discovery, design, and build ecosystem">
  • Working with marketing teams to prepare marketing collaterals and relevant campaigns">
  • Interfacing with potential clients for sales process execution">
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution and client relationship management">
  • Creatring a network of real estate brokers/leasing agents/property managers/architects/etc.">
  • Representing Flipspaces in various online/offline events">
  • Other responsibilities as assigned">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or related field, with 5+ years of experience in sales and business development. They must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. A strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends is also essential.

Compensation Package

">

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $125,000 - $160,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
