Job Description

As a key member of the Zenith Lighting team, the Account Executive plays a vital role in maintaining existing client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities. This position requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, marketing efforts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, including scope of work, location, times, gear, and trucking details.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collect signed contracts and deposits from clients, and ensure timely completion of expense reports.
  • Bill labor correctly to maximize profitability and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and report on client success metrics for each project.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Netsuite, HubSpot, or other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment, with frequent travel to events and client sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
