Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat patients with a range of medical conditions, including primary care and cardiology patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and achieve client satisfaction.
- Participate in planning and developing healthcare services, including treatment plans and referrals.
- Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Doctorate degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Active and valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, and Board certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) and experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations in a community health setting.
