About the Role

Pinnacle Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist II to join our Contracts team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for procuring goods and services in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers
  • Develop procurement evaluation considerations and assess vendor risk
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors
  • Manage procurement activities using Cost Point Procurement module
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Manage buyer queue and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Two years of applicable experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • CostPoint/SharePoint experience
  • International contracting experience
  • Experience working with Federal Procurement
  • Experience/understanding of FAR
Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. An additional 4 years of applicable experience may substitute for a degree.

Special Requirements
  • Travel up to 10% required
