Key Responsibilities- Hearts: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer, using the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs, and engaging in friendly conversation about their projects.
- Hands: Process customer transactions efficiently, lift and arrange merchandise, and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Minds: Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and building strong customer relationships, while minimizing shrink and maintaining accurate inventory management.
- Inspire: Assist other Team Members with tasks, work on projects with Store Management, and contribute to the overall sales and environment of the store through positive interactions with customers and other Team Members.
- Stand during an entire shift, continuously walk around the store, and read written instructions and reports.
- Orally communicate with customers and other Team Members, input data on computer keyboards, and use 2-way radios.
- Lift, place, and arrange items on shelves and racks, bend down and reach above head, climb and descend ladders, and individually lift up to 49 pounds.
Part-time status requires open availability to work any and all hours required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
