Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at WellSpace Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash receipts, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

About the Role

This position is responsible for recording daily cash receipts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with our Accounting Manager to prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain the general ledger. Additionally, you will assist with grant billing, financial analysis, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
