Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies aimed at attracting new prospects, nurturing existing leads, and facilitating sales-ready opportunities for Senseware.
  • Oversee and prioritize marketing initiatives across various channels, including email marketing, content distribution, webinars, pay-per-click advertising, and display ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize and disseminate content and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Evaluate performance metrics: Analyze campaign results in detail, provide insights across the organization, and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Manage the daily operations of our Marketing Automation platform and other marketing technologies.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets while reporting on customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Foster collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on lead generation objectives.
  • Supervise the company website and coordinate with external agencies to enhance conversion rates and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and publication of various marketing materials, including collateral, newsletters, landing pages, videos, and blogs.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing multi-channel, digital-focused marketing campaigns, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A data-driven marketer with a proven track record of executing successful marketing initiatives across email, website optimization, SEO, social media, and PPC.
  • Proficient in using leading Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo).
  • Experience in managing email nurture programs in collaboration with content marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Skilled in implementing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns, including ad copy creation, audience targeting, and conversion enhancement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for assessing campaign performance and generating reports.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, adept at working within budget constraints and tight deadlines.
