Job Objective:
To serve as a reliable guide for our clients, delivering an outstanding home purchasing experience from the initial interaction to post-sale support. Achieve and surpass monthly sales and closing targets as set by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales and closing targets established by the management.
- Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate all available product options, construction processes, financing alternatives, and mortgage procedures to assist potential buyers.
- Arrive early to prepare for daily operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Engage with visitors, fostering relationships and encouraging them to register their details.
- Develop and deliver a compelling sales presentation aligned with company training.
- Schedule and participate in all customer meetings and relevant business engagements.
- Cultivate relationships with Brokers and Realtors to expand our network.
- Attend weekly meetings and mandatory company events to stay aligned with company goals.
- Conduct monthly comparative market analysis (CMA) reports and maintain awareness of community competition.
- Stay informed about local community details, including schools, utilities, and recreational areas.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective buyers and document interactions.
- Ensure that model and inventory homes meet company standards by conducting regular inspections.
- Possess a broad understanding of Traylor Bros and the homebuilding industry, keeping up with trends and developments.
- Adhere to all sales and marketing policies as well as company procedures.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.
- Proactively engage with contracted buyers, providing them with updates and reassurance regarding their new home purchase.
- Collaborate weekly with Construction Managers to keep buyers informed about their home status.
Qualifications:
Candidates should thrive in a dynamic sales environment, demonstrating effective communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. A positive and professional demeanor is essential, along with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Weekend availability is required.
Educational Background:
Previous experience in new home sales is preferred. A High School Diploma is required.
Compensation Structure:
Commission-based on sales closings against a draw.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Spanish fluency is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competence in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Proven organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
