About the Role

The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in managing all clinical functions of the facility. This includes overseeing the entire admission process, providing leadership to the clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Director in managing clinical operations, including admission processes and clinical intake
  • Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, promoting a supportive environment for recovery
  • Develop and implement plans for performance improvement, focusing on cost-effective methods to provide services
  • Recruit and interview new employees, ensuring they meet educational and licensure requirements
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally, working collaboratively with program leadership
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, preferably with knowledge of eating disorders
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients
  • Licensure to practice in the relevant state, as applicable
  • CPR certification
