About the Position

This Spare Parts Call Center Representative role is a key part of our customer support team at Haulotte US. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email.

Estimated salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers with questions and concerns related to spare parts for our aerial lift equipment.
  • Utilize manufacturers' manuals and other resources to provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Generate parts and service orders, as well as process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in our M3 system.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of call center experience preferred.
  • High school degree required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
