About the Job:

Pines Property Management, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant Community Manager.

Main Tasks:
  1. Answer phone calls and respond to emails from residents in a professional and timely manner, collaborating with the community manager to resolve issues.
  2. Keep track of all updates made, including changes of address and other important documents.
  3. Work with the Community Manager to create meeting invitations and community newsletters.
  4. Schedule appointments, hand out access cards, and process resident requests.
  5. Ensure that all Community Manager records, logs, and databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  6. Support the Community Manager with any special projects that arise.
  7. Handle maintenance requests, including repairing gates and irrigation systems.
  8. Provide support at the front desk as needed.
  9. Schedule the on-call schedule with community managers.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and needs.
  11. Scan and organize Community Manager documents.

Compensation: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)
