Job Title: Residential Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ocean Rivera. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting the Property Manager in managing daily operations of the property, responding to resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and preparing budgets and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, including responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and assist in overseeing maintenance and repairs of the property, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Process resident applications for available units, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with residents by creating engaging communications and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets safety standards and is well-maintained.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring all residents understand and comply with them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident and community information, as per statute.
  • Prepare community policies and procedures, agreements, and other necessary documents, as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Building Link software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with knowledge of community association management laws and regulations.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting, processing resident applications, and marketing.
  • Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve conflicts, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience), plus robust paid time off policy and health insurance benefits.
